Payment Policy: Payment is required up front for all diagnostics, remote sessions, or consultations. Accepted methods: debit/credit card, PayPal, or Cash App. No refunds for any appointment.
Government Agencies: Prepayment is required with a valid U.S. government credit card, subject to federal thresholds.
Forensic Services: $260/hour for all forensic work, reports, travel, and court appearances. Crimes discovered must be reported. Civil matters: not a material witness. Subpoenas require agreement and prepaid retainer.
Jurisdiction: Venue is Bell County, Texas. Federal cases may be removed to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas.
All calls and remote sessions are recorded and stored securely in Germany. Shawn Richeson owns ClickaNerd.com, the "Click a Nerd" trademark, and the "ClickaNerd" service mark.
