Remote session records and related service logs are processed through enterprise infrastructure, and stored on servers at Bahnhofsplatz 2, 73033 Göppingen, Germany.

AI-Assisted Workflows
AI tools do not make final service decisions. Final judgment, customer communication, repair decisions, and business actions remain under human supervision.
ClickaNerd uses limited-retention practices where practical and avoids unnecessary storage of customer information in AI-assisted workflows.
Forensic Services
Forensic service work is billed at $260 per hour. A retainer may be required before evidence preservation, acquisition, analysis, or investigative handling begins.
Certain matters may carry legal reporting obligations, including mandatory reporting rules under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A where applicable.

Jurisdiction, Venue & Service of Process
By accessing, using, purchasing from, registering with, or otherwise contracting with Shawn Richeson d/b/a Click a Nerd , whether electronically, verbally, in writing, or by conduct, each individual, business, governmental entity, or other organization irrevocably agrees that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute, claim, demand, action, proceeding, or cause of action arising from or relating to any products, services, software, websites, communications, invoices, subscriptions, agreements, or business relationship shall be exclusively in the state courts of Bell County, Texas. Any matter falling within federal jurisdiction shall be brought exclusively in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
This Jurisdiction and Venue provision is a material condition of every transaction with Shawn Richeson d/b/a Click a Nerd and shall control over any inconsistent or conflicting clickwrap agreement, browsewrap agreement, online Terms of Service, electronic acceptance, purchase order, procurement portal, vendor registration, marketplace agreement, platform policy, automated contract, or other standard-form agreement unless expressly modified by a written agreement personally executed by Shawn Richeson.
Consent to Jurisdiction. Each party knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Bell County, Texas, and waives any objection to the exercise of such jurisdiction.
Waiver of Venue Objections. Each party irrevocably waives any objection based upon improper venue, lack of personal jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, inconvenience of forum, or any request to transfer, consolidate, or remove any proceeding to another jurisdiction except where removal is expressly authorized under applicable federal law.
