Master remote session metadata, encrypted connection records, and associated operational telemetry may be routed through infrastructure located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This structure supports jurisdiction-conscious handling of support records and remote session artifacts.
- Primary Telemetry Gateway: remote support metadata is associated with German-hosted enterprise infrastructure.
- Local Verification Layer: secondary local records may be generated for operational integrity and service verification.
- Controlled Retention: temporary session records may be retained only for operational, evidentiary, or compliance purposes, then purged.
