Remote Support & Session Records

ClickaNerd uses professional remote support tools to provide diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair assistance, and service verification.

Remote session records and related service logs may be processed through enterprise infrastructure, including systems associated with Wiesbaden, Germany.

AI-Assisted Workflows

ClickaNerd may use AI-assisted tools for drafting, summarizing, troubleshooting, documentation, and internal workflow support.

AI tools do not make final service decisions. Final judgment, customer communication, repair decisions, and business actions remain under human supervision.

ClickaNerd uses limited-retention practices where practical and avoids unnecessary storage of customer information in AI-assisted workflows.

Forensic Services

Forensic service work is billed at $260 per hour. A retainer may be required before evidence preservation, acquisition, analysis, or investigative handling begins.

Certain matters may carry legal reporting obligations, including mandatory reporting rules under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A where applicable.

SMS & 10DLC Messaging Compliance

ClickaNerd uses SMS messaging for customer notifications, appointment confirmations, service updates, and related transactional communications.

Jurisdiction & Service of Process

Exclusive venue for disputes is Bell County, Texas. Federal removal shall be to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas.
