Remote session records and related service logs may be processed through enterprise infrastructure, including systems associated with Wiesbaden, Germany.

AI-Assisted Workflows
AI tools do not make final service decisions. Final judgment, customer communication, repair decisions, and business actions remain under human supervision.
ClickaNerd uses limited-retention practices where practical and avoids unnecessary storage of customer information in AI-assisted workflows.
Forensic Services
Forensic service work is billed at $260 per hour. A retainer may be required before evidence preservation, acquisition, analysis, or investigative handling begins.
Certain matters may carry legal reporting obligations, including mandatory reporting rules under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A where applicable.

- Anti-spam and abuse controls may be used to protect customers and systems.
Jurisdiction & Service of Process
Exclusive venue for disputes is Bell County, Texas. Federal removal shall be to the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas.
